Deposit: A $300 non-refundable deposit will hold your puppy until it is old enough and/or large enough to be picked up or shipped. Puppy is not considered sold until deposit is received!!! Deposit is non-refundable, unless puppy fails vet check. Payment in full is expected at least one week prior to shipping. If you are picking up your puppy, you may pay the remainder at that time. Deposits may be made by PayPal, postal money order, cashiers check or cash. No personal checks are accepted. We prefer PayPal. To make your deposit this way, you do not have to be a member of PayPal. It allows you to pay instantly and will accept most major credit cards. If you would like to reserve a puppy by this method, please click this button.
If you wish to make a deposit by another method, email me at jack@alltexancavaliers.com to start the process. Please remember that a reservation is on a first come first served basis and is determined by when a deposit is actually received. Shipping: The puppy buyer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping their new puppy. This includes the airfare, an airline approved crate, and a health certificate necessary for flying. We purchase the crate the dog is shipped in and is yours to keep once you pick up the puppy at the airport. All of the airlines require the puppy being shipped to have a health certificate before it can be placed on the airplane. We will take the puppy to our vet to get a health certificate for the flight to its new home. Unless other arrangements are made, we ship our puppies through one of the major air lines that has connections in your area. You may include $250.00 for shipping when purchasing puppy. Reservations will only be made upon receiving final payment. After the puppy is paid in full, we take the puppy to a vet for a required health certificate. Then, we attempt to find a time to fly the puppy that works for both of our schedules. On the day of the flight it must be below 85 degrees at all points in the puppies' flight. I take the puppy to the airport about 2 hours prior to the flight, pay for its transportation, taxes and insurance and fill out paperwork which includes your physical mailing address and your mobile telephone number. I release the puppy to the counter personnel and you pick up the puppy normally at the cargo facility -- about 30 minutes after the arrival time. To collect the puppy, the airlines require two forms of identification with one being a photo ID. You also need a flight waybill number which I will call you with after the puppy is on the plane. If there is a delay, the airline will normally call you. However, if you are traveling a long distance to the airport, it would be smart to call their 800 number so they can track your puppy using the flight waybill number to know if he or she is scheduled to land on time. |
