Health Warranty

There is a 1 year health warranty for your puppy purchased from us provided you follow the following conditions.

You have 72 hours from time and date you receive your puppy to take it to a licensed Veterinarian for a complete examination. If at that time a congenital (life threatening) defect is detected, you should return the puppy to me with a written statement from the same Veterinarian describing the defect before a replacement can be made. The cost of returning the puppy to me along with all paperwork that you received from me is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you choose not to have the puppy examined by a Veterinarian within the allotted time, the guarantee is void.

Replacement of a puppy of equal value will be made as soon as one is available. If you choose a puppy of greater value, as a replacement, you will be expected to pay the difference in price.  If after 90 days, I do not have a puppy of equal value, I will refund your purchase price of the puppy, but not the original cost of shipping.

Should the puppy become ill within the 72 hour period, notify me immediately, then see your veterinarian.

If the puppy should die within the 72 hour period , your veterinarian must furnish me with an autopsy report from the Texas A&M diagnostic lab (or one of equal qualification in your state) stating the cause of death. All registration paperwork, shot record, etc must be returned to me before a replacement will be considered.

We are not responsible for any Vet fees or any other associated charges in connection with this puppy.

No guarantee is made as to size, color, or characteristics of this puppy. We will not replace the puppy because you have changed your mind, however I will take the puppy back but without monetary exchange.

We have done everything possible to insure that the puppy is healthy at time of purchase. It has been dewormed on a regular basis, and vaccinated as far as age will permit. However puppies, like children, are susceptible to illnesses which are caused by exposure to adverse conditions or stress, or injuries from mishandling a small puppy, neither of which I can control once the puppy is out of my care.

Therefore, I do not guarantee against Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Giardia, parasites, nor viral or bacterial infections that could have been contracted after it left my care.

This agreement is made for our mutual benefit, to protect you as well as me.
